I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was unbeatable, right on the lagoon with access to great activities. The rooms were basic but always clean and neat. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Vuli who made our experience extra special. The dining was satisfying with fresh options and complimentary access to water equipment. A truly wonderful island holiday experience.
The hotel offers stunning beach and motu views, though the waiting area after checkout wasn't pleasant. The service was truly exceptional, with a few minor drawbacks. The location is ideal for a nice island night experience, with great meals and entertainment, but some areas could use improvement.
The hotel's rooms were a total let down, needing major upgrading as they look very old and small; however, they are basic and clean. The service was fantastic, with the staff being friendly and welcoming. The location was a big plus, perfect for water sports and with a magnificent view of the lagoon. The dining experience was below average, which put us off eating at the restaurant. Facilities needed improvement but served their purpose.
